Detailed Overview: Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Services and working under the direction of the Program Clinical Practice Leader, the Administrative Support Assistant provides regional administrative support to the Fraser Health Public Health Speech and Audiology programs. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical support functions; inputs, condenses and compiles data; assists with data analysis and preparation of reports as required; completes word processing assignments, payroll entry, records management, and general office functions., assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; provides support to regional administrative staff on data input, tracking and compilation. Qualifications: Education and Experience
Grade 12 and graduation from an approved Office Assistant Certificate program plus one (1) year’s recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid Class V B.C. driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
