Provides human resource consultation, advice and support to assigned departments in Fraser Health; promotes and fosters a consultative and problem solving labour relations approach towards management, employees and unions by providing consistent application and advice on collective agreements, legislation and policies and procedures; maintains current knowledge on relevant legislation, health care collective agreements and human resource practices to ensure that Fraser Health human resource programs are current and within legislative and/or collective agreement requirements. Qualifications: Education and Experience
University Degree in a field related to Human Resource Management, plus five (5) years’ recent, related experience in human resources in a unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that is acceptable to the Health Authority.
