We currently have an exciting Full Time opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant IA to join our team at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre located in Abbotsford, BC. Please note that this is a multi-site position that also provides support to Mission Memorial Hospital located in Mission, BC.

Detailed Overview:
Under the general supervision of the Coordinator, Pharmacy Services or designate, assists with drug dispensing by measuring, compounding, packaging and distributing medications. Verifies prescription refills and/or unit-dose cassettes filled by other Pharmacy Assistants for accuracy in accordance with established procedures. Maintains stock levels and performs clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education and Experience
Grade 12, graduation from a recognized Pharmacy Assistant Program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
