Detailed Overview: Reporting clinically to the Professional Practice Chief, Social Work and administratively to the Manager, Health Services, works in interdisciplinary environment by providing psycho-social assessments and treatment for clients and families in the Renal Program in order to maintain and improve upon the client’s quality of life. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an approved school of Social Work. Two (2) years’ recent related clinical experience working with clients in an acute care and/or community health care environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Current full registration with the BC College of Social Workers.
Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
