This position is at Fredericton Mitsubishi, which is part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, 6 ReCar locations, 3 St Croix Auto locations, and Velocity Autobody.
As a Parts and Service Advisor, you play a key role as part of our team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.
In this role you would primarily:
- Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times,
- Confirm with guests any and all maintenance or services that are due,
- Communicate with guests after a visit with us to ensure we exceeded their expectations,
- Assist both guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needs
- Working with our technicians to quote and supply parts for all of our used vehicle reconditioning needs
- Working with current Service Department staff in regards to addressing telephone / e-mail inquiries from both retail and wholesale customers
- Creation, management and closing of parts quotations and invoices
- Inventory control including ordering of parts, unpacking and placement of orders and compiling parts returns
- Working with Used Car Department to complete Used Car Reconditioning quotes
- Distributing work to technicians
- Creating technician work orders
- Creating estimates on new and used vehicle parts and labor
Additionally, you could also be responsible for:
- Working with Mitsubishi Motors Canada in the administration of warranty claims.
- All other activities that help elevate the experience we provide to our guests.
Who are we looking for?

- Honesty and Integrity of the highest levels
- Must be a natural communicator with excellent people skills.
- Must be very organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be computer literate.
To be crystal clear, you do not need any previous automotive experience to be chosen for this role. If you have some, that is great, but it isn’t necessary. We are looking for a new member for our work-family who has a heart for service and is an honest, hard worker with great communication skills. That’s all we need! We’ll teach you the rest.
