Job Summary
Are you a technically-inclined, enthusiastic, team player ready to be a customer-facing product expert? If so, Fuji Spray is looking for you to join their Customer Service Team. The Customer Support Specialist is a skilled problem solver who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and will become a subject matter expert on Fuji Spray products. Your mission will be to make sure that every Fuji Spray customer has a five star “wow” experience!
What you will do:
- Provide technical support by identifying, assessing and troubleshooting any issues that may impact finish quality, spray performance or user experience
- Provide accurate and complete information through a foundational understanding of HVLP spray systems
- Guide end users through proper installation and general use of Fuji Spray products
- Resolve assigned support issues within designated service level agreements
- Work in partnership with problem resolution team when escalation is necessary
- Promote and recommend key products and/or upgrades
- Communicate effectively with customers and distributors by phone and email regarding orders, pricing, scheduling, deliveries, stock availability, payment, products, and general information
- Build and maintain solid and loyal customer relationships
- Follow-up with customers as necessary to guarantee a positive experience with Fuji Spray
- Assist with order processing, shipping documentation, and interacting with production and warehouse
- Assist with additional duties as needed
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or related field
- Technical and analytical, with a strong desire to develop and intricate understanding of all aspects of Fuji Spray’s product
- Experience with spray systems, paint applications and woodworking/automotive industries an asset
- Ability to grasp product knowledge quickly and read technical manuals
- Genuine aspiration to solve problems and provide a great experience to customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written (French an asset)
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and laser focus
- Positive energy, resilience, quick learner and a can-do attitude
- Open to feedback and wanting to constantly learn, improve and grow
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Self-starter who takes initiative to go above and beyond
