Jessie Frampton and Florence Gaven Rossavik founded Fuzz Wax Bar in 2012 with just sweat and tears, and unlimited dreams. Since then Fuzz has grown every year on the key principles they established. We champion a professional organization that emphasizes excellence at every level, focusing on in-store experiences and customer service. Our staff is our greatest asset, and a large amount of the success of Fuzz Wax Bar is the result of the talented and highly dedicated employees who set the standard for service and quality within the waxing space. The Role
The Frontline at Fuzz Wax Bar is a passionate customer-service expert who loves transforming a regular experience into a memorable one, every day. They are interested in all things waxing, product sales and educating clients on pre and post wax care services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring outstanding levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered, and teaming up with the team to provide outstanding service from start to finish
Be a schedule master and optimize appointment bookings to increase location efficiency
Keep updated on new training and policies changes and be willing to be agile on learning and implementing new processes conversations
Prides in achieving optimal sales success and excels in sanitation standards
Maintains an awareness and interest of all things Fuzz, including membership perks and product benefits
Answers calls and emails in a professional way
Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
Motivated to achieve great results because of one’s enthusiasm from interacting with customers and wax-care products and services Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing service environment
Ability to work without necessary supervision and deliver high results
Strong cognitive skills, including decision making and financial analysis
High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
Flexible availability –Fuzz general operating hours are 7 days a week, 7am to 9pm and Schedule will require to cover a mix of opening shifts, closing shifts and weekends
