We are looking for a Frontline Associate to join our fabulous team at Fuzz Wax Bar Distillery. If you’re a friendly, outgoing individual who loves working with a variety of people, then we would love to hear from you.

What does a Frontline do?
The role of the Frontline at Fuzz Wax Bar is ultra important. As the first and last person every client sees, we are looking for fun, energetic individuals who thrive off of positive energy and empathy.
Our frontline associates are responsible for the front desk at the wax bar. This includes, but isn’t limited to booking appointments, cashing out clients, and educating our clients on our memberships.
Requirements:
- Fun, energetic, and outgoing attitude
- Amazing time management skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Understanding and appreciation for customer care
Duties:
- Booking appointments and answering the phone
- Greeting clients and educating them on services
- Great understanding of our memberships and product knowledge
- Provide amazing customer care
We are currently looking for part-time and full time staff.

Administrative Duties:
- Running errands
- Scheduling
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5A 3C4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
