About The Role
You will lead and evolve our candidate experience! Using your creativity, knowledge, skills and grit, you will bring forward best practices in candidate experience and help us become an organization that people line up to be a part of. This is an integral part of the People and Culture (P&C) leadership team, and will work closely with the VP of P&C to tell the story of our employee value proposition.
You’re a data literacy guru and help facilitate decision-making by telling a compelling story through the numbers. You will continue to design and execute FYi’s candidate experience working closely with our recruitment team, marketing, and employee experience. You will bring forward trends and use your powers to create unforgettable experiences from tip to tail for improved attraction, motivation, and retention of our team members. Every day you’ll collaborate across all business units and levels to deliver talent that helps us become known as the number one place for people to work.
