FYidoctors Looking for Senior Director, Operations at Calgary, Alberta, Canada Full Time

• Manage regional coaches across multiple geographic regions
• Create strategic plan that focuses on revenue growth, alignment with FYidoctors best practices and clarifying the customer value proposition.
• Lead the development of the Solis brand including store size, location and market identification.
• Develop the annual banner budget that encompasses sales, profit and operating costs.
• Work with Real Estate and Finance to evaluate store locations for financial viability and to determine need for renovations and rebranding.
• Oversee the development of training culture that focuses on solution selling sales, customer awareness.
• Identify areas for process improvements and enhance revenue growth by analyzing financial.

As The Successful Candidate, You Have

• Post-secondary education (Degree/diploma) or equal retail experience
• 10 to 15 years experience with significant retail leadership at the regional manager or director level
• Experience in multi-region operations.
• Have worked closely with finance to focus on revenue growth, EBITA evaluation and overall viability of locations and product lines.
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Able to set clear and measurable goals, establish accountabilities, and create a motivating and positive work environment.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills; sound judgement and thorough problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong coaching and personal development skills.
• Understanding and experience with business strategy, supporting tactics, budgeting, financial reporting, KPI’s and metrics.
• Utilize effective time management to; triage and schedule pertinent RC activity based on business needs.
• Strategic thinking, act tactically, creative, and innovative.
