No remote positions available. Monday to Friday 8h00-17h00.
What an average day looks like
- Consult list of available loads provided by sales team
- Call/email trucking companies to book trucks on our loads
- Negotiate rates with carriers
- Verify pickups and deliveries
- Ensure timely service and conditions are met by trucking company
- Report issues or delays
- Build relationships with carriers over time
What we’re looking for
Requirements
- No remote positions available. Monday to Friday 8h00-17h00.
- Bilingualism: French & English
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- English (Required) and French (Comprehensive)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while quickly learning job duties
- Comfortable and effective in a computerized environment. Strong ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers via email and phone
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Experience is not necessary however a willingness to learn is imperative
