Gala Developments Looking for Customer Service Representative at North York, ON Full Time

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will have the unique opportunity to work on residential condo projects across Gala Development’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Keep customers informed of the status of their requests and follow up as needed
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
• Maintains awareness of company progress and updates in order to service customers
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma is preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills, proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
