Job Description:
Ensure GaN Systems’ success in the market by maximizing sales of GaN Systems power semiconductor products.
Responsibilities:
Support the outside sales team in all aspects of support through Netsuite Management including but not limited to:
Update leads from marketing
Create New customers
Create and update opportunities
Enter and update Registrations
Gather and enter forecast data
Create and process sample requests
Create and follow through on expedite requests
Create and follow through on RMA requests
Create and update quotes
Provide updated reports including backlog, forecasts, open action items
Update and track customer case records
Update and track internal change requirements
Support customers with up-to-date reports on backorders, registrations, expedite requests, and inventory.
Qualifications:
Advanced ability in data entry and attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Experience of inside sales or customer service in the semiconductor or power electronics industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Able to engage with customers as needed.
Strong, proactive team worker, who can fit into GaN Systems strongly team-oriented culture.
Skills:
A data focused; service oriented individual, comfortable with working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Must have a keen sense of detail and prioritize what needs attention. Must have a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure. Capable of managing multiple priorities with an accountable, can do attitude.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years inside sales/customer service experience preferred. Competent with Netsuite, systems and processes with the ability to develop and learn new ones. English language is a must. Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset. Experience in the semiconductor conductor or power electronics related field will be an advantage.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in business, administration, commerce, marketing, or engineering is preferred.
