We are currently hiring one full-time dispatcher for our Operations Support Centre in Montreal.
Your mission at GardaWorld:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for controlling the cash logistics teams on the road network from the Montreal Operations Support Centre.

Your responsibilities:
Distribute calls for ATM breakdowns across Canada
Manage appointments with technicians in collaboration with various suppliers
Prepare some documents and reports
Provide support to road network supervisors as required
Control access to the branch
Monitor the inside and outside of the garage
All other related tasks
Your profile:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have a minimum of one year of experience in distribution and/or logistics
Be available full-time to work a flexible schedule (day,evening, night)
Have excellent skills with the Office suite
Have a good command of French and English (bilingualism)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Good analytical, planning and work organisation skills
Team player with a lot of interpersonal skills
