GardaWorld is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at our Toronto office location.
You will work directly with the Director of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for the development and delivery of full cycle recruitment, including setting out a talent acquisition strategy and ensuring that qualified candidates are sourced, hired and retained. In addition, you will provide management and leadership support to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with campus and community organizations
- Build applicant pipeline using a variety of channels including posting to job boards, employment agencies, etc.
- Review and create job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage the end-to-end, full cycle recruitment process to ensure timely fill of roles in partnership with hiring managers
- Ensure that candidates selected for hire complete all onboarding documentation accurately
- Coordinate client interviews by partnering with Account Manager to schedule interviews
- Coach and guide team members to effectively drive recruitment results
- Provide support and opportunities to team members for growth and learning
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume recruitment (preferably in a staffing organization) or 2 years of security supervisor experience
- Proficient in Microsoft software, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service orientation, both for candidate and business stakeholders
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
