The Food and Beverage Lead is responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage Employees in a shift work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for fostering a safe and efficient work environment, while maintaining an open-door policy.
- Delegates duties to staff on shift.
- Alcohol assessments and refusals with the support of security personnel.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in inventory control – weekly counts and ordering.
- Communication with management on employee and health & safety concerns.
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or post-secondary education with focus in Food & Beverage or related discipline
- Leadership experience in the related field of one (1) or more years
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and managerial skills
- Working knowledge of computer software packages i.e. Point of Sale systems
- Proven high level of Customer Service
- The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced large volume business
