Job Summary
GDI Services (Canada) LP is looking for a Data Entry Clerk in the Mississauga, ON. Reporting to the SVP, Sales, the Data Entry Clerk must have a strong familiarity with Excel and CRM software. Other requirements will include a high rate of acuracy, use of databases and the ability to offer excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced, team environment.

Job Duties
- Data entry into CRM database
- Checking records for duplication and accuracy
- Updating naming conventions
- Checking emails
- Clerical tasks as assigned
- Perform basic management of electronic files (e.g. print, copy, and transfer)
- Access information from a computer and/or maintain a computer database
- Keep a clean, safe and organized work area.
- Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
- Follow current standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Uploading files to SharePoint
Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (50+ WPM)
- Ability to understand logical processes and be detail-oriented
- Familiar with databases (web-based databases would be an asset)
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and previous experience with Databases.
- Experience related to general administrative duties.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Ability to work with strong attention to detail and time lines.
- Ability to handle stressful and difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
Work Conditions
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
