Job Description Summary
As Global Data Analytics and USCAN Leader, Ombuds Investigations, Monitoring and Assurance (OIMA) Leader, you will be a lead member of a team responsible for developing and implementing an overall strategy for data analytics in compliance auditing and monitoring. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, executing and operational functions of the businesses. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and pursuing the execution of your projects with a high degree of autonomy.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead the global build-up of data analytics capabilities and solutions in IMT to allow automation and strategic analysis of extensive data to identify potential compliance issues
Design and implement a global data analytics strategy for compliance audits and monitoring within IMT.
Carry out timely Compliance monitoring activities related to GE Healthcare’s Improper Payment Prevention (IPP), Dealer Compliance Program and other compliance policy / procedure / control areas identified through the Compliance Risk Assessment and/or trends and root cause analyses
Maintain the Data Lake and automate dashboards using that data
Closely coordinate with stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Controllership, HR, other functions and commercial/product teams regarding data and significant compliance trends
• Ensure customer adoption & drive automation on process, governance in relation to data
• Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives
• Effectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization
• Lead a team of GE employees and contractors to implement, simplify and support data Management and analysis
• Lead with a hands-on approach – drive accountability to continuously improve enterprise standards, and grow the team’s capability set from both depth and breadth perspective
• Coach GE employees on career navigation, managing conflict, and how to operate in a volatile, uncertain world
• Drive business process change (simplification) by influencing functional and business customers
• Develop systems and opportunities for continued employee education on technology, and data analytics practices, etc.
• Develop knowledge transfer processes that seamlessly transition project go lives to data operations team
Education Qualification
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
7 years professional experience in data analytics, data science, compliance, investigations, monitoring, law, internal audit, controllership and/or other relevant areas, preferably with a multi-national life sciences, medtech, pharma, or healthcare company
Strong analytical, process management and implementation skills, sensitivity to issues, strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to translate technical information into business language
Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments despite pressure
Knowledge of and experience with compliance issues such as anti-corruption/Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, fraud and abuse, third party compliance, anti-money laundering, controllership, conflict of interest and supplier relationships
Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage high-performing teams in a global, multicultural, matrixed environment
Strong data analytics skills, including some programming experience and familiarity with applications such as Spotfire, OBIEE, Concur, Tableau or Power BI, Teradata and PEGA
Desired Characteristics
