As the Managed Equipment Services (MES) Operations Leader, you will lead a team of MES Project Managers responsible for the delivery and operationalization of multi-year, multi-modality, strategic Managed Equipment Services contracts to ensure standardization and quality of delivery.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Managed Equipment Services (MES) Program Managers.
Create and sustain consistent MES operational mechanisms to drive standardization across all operational needs of the MES projects.
Develop Risk Management strategies & tools for operational rigor.
Work closely with legal on the maintenance of standard RFP and SSAA documentation.
Create reporting mechanisms for CDN MES delivery, quarterly reporting to senior team, alignment with global reporting op mechs.
Support MES Project Managers with all aspects of MES delivery and any customer escalations related to the MES contracts.
Establish critical implementation and operational processes and templates to manage and monitor the overall project deliverables, ensuring they meet the customer requirements and are fully risk assessed.
Organize and support program/technical reviews with customer and generate regular program updates for internal management.
Implement Program Management for new MES agreements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
5+ years experience working in the healthcare environment, including exposure to major medical technologies, clinical workflows, operational & maintenance processes,
3+ years experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder matrices with a proven track record gained within a healthcare technology company or healthcare provider,
Desired Characteristics:
Knowledge and understanding of BPS, CDN healthcare environment, and hospital construction processes (PDBFM, DBFM, etc.) with working knowledge of construction phases and timelines.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Proven record in developing strong customer relationships, with excellent networking, facilitation and negotiation skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, as well as to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking, and demonstrated decision making ability.
