Summary:
The Assistant Controller reports to the President with responsibilities that include reconciling account balances and bank statementsÙ« maintaining the general ledgerÙ« preparing month-end close procedures and ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all Company accounting tasks.
The position will also have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Controller at an affiliated organization that provides corporate support services to Gear including Finance, Payroll, Human Resources and Health & Safety.
