This position will provide support for the IT and Operations Leadership teams by efficiently managing time, providing information to help make decisions, and identifying and resolving issues for the IT CIO, the SVP, Operations, and their VP-level direct reports. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and an excellent customer service mindset to interact with diverse staff at all levels internally and externally. This role will report directly to the SVP, Operations, and dotted line to the CIO.
