About the Position:
As a Senior Genesys Cloud CX Technical Support Engineer in the API and Integrations group, you will be responsible for the timely and effective resolution of issues our customers experience when using public APIs or integrations between Genesys Cloud CX and 3rd party services. Your main objective is to establish clear problem understanding and conduct triage based on scenario, enable resolution path by collaborating with peers and service operations and manage the communication with the customer from start to finish,
What you’ll bring to the table:
To be successful in this role, you’ll have 3+ years of tier 2 technical support related to cloud technologies, field engineering, web development or other relevant experience troubleshooting or supporting Cloud technologies. You need to have strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with the customers and work with your team. We also look for people who are always willing to learn new things and take on new challenges.

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, related technical discipline, or equal professional technical experience
3+ years of experience working with or supporting web APIs or related technical fields

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$61,750.00 – $128,250.00
