Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Location: Montreal, QC

Full Time role

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Data analysis, Transactional data, Reg inquiry, execution orders.
• Translate business requirements into user-stories that deliver tangible business results and customer value.
• Assist with prioritizing requirements across silos.
• Responsible for the creation of documentation, and management of, the testing and deployment lifecycles
• Responsible for coordinating and completing UAT testing along with the various technology silos.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in various SDLC models (waterfall, agile etc.)
• Should have experience on SQL.
• Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions, roles and able to interact effectively with stakeholders of all levels.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to identify appropriate stakeholders within and beyond immediate team and work to ensure engagement on project.
• Ability to identify and raise project risk and change effectively and in a timely manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to present materials at peer and management levels.
• Proven ability to manage requirements across multiple, concurrent projects/workstreams.
• High proficiency with MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
