What you will be working on
Day to day duties include recruiting, employee engagement, ensuring people have the right health and safety training, maintaining our HRIS, onboarding and planning special events. In short, supporting our brilliant staff throughout their entire employee life-cycle and promoting a culture of shared enthusiasm for innovation, excellence, community and honesty.

Must-haves
Human Resources-related post-secondary education
Two to three years in a Human Resources role
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite
Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies and procedures, Employment Standards Act, and employment law in Ontario
