DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced, data-savvy and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. You will be responsible for managing the relationship and digital strategy for an exciting and diverse group of clients. As a leader in our digital marketing team, you will be coordinating a powerhouse team of ad strategists, SEO experts, content writers, social media mavens, designers and developers to provide your clients with successful campaigns, reports and results. Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage clients’ online marketing strategies to achieve their digital marketing goals.
• Comfortable managing SEO, ad management, content strategies and web development.
• Retain top customers, increase client traffic and engagement and nurture key relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service through regular email communication and meetings.
• Have strong communication skills to lead client and team meetings with a clear agenda.
• Strategize with the digital marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
• Coordinate all initiatives to achieve on-time deliverables to clients.
• Ability to be resourceful, make decisions and execute strategies effectively.
• Continually monitoring campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations.

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital account management.
• Experience in SEO, ad management, social media and content strategies.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong marketing strategy skills, constantly exploring new platforms and opportunities.
• Sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with many different departments/personalities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and similar tools.
