We are looking for a Product Evangelist to join our team! As a Product Evangelist at GeTS, you are responsible for product innovation, design and development. It includes improving and introducing of new services/features, product-related processes, product planning, business reporting and product performance. The Product Evangelist will work directly with technical, sales, marketing and customers to execute on the product strategy and will have product success responsibility. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical and domain expertise of the products responsible.
Responsibilities & Tasks
· Plan and develop product throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision.
· Drive product enhancements, new services and amendments to product features.
· Develop Product Roadmap to achieve product targets (in terms of budgeted revenues, revenue drivers and market share)
· Conceptualize product concepts (capabilities in terms of digital and non-digital functions/features/services) based on product plans and roadmaps
· Design products with Customer Experience in mind
· Provide detailed analysis and management reports on product performance vs. competitors and overall markets’ performance.
· Conduct competitive scan, financial analysis and recommendation of product functions and strategies to maintain competitiveness in the market.
· Monitor and analyse product performance versus key competitors. Trigger planning sessions, strategies and actions to counter threats and concerns.
· Keep abreast of international developments relating to trade facilitation.
· Generate users’ stories on product specifications and requirements
· Work with engineering /QA team to plan and deliver features on time
· Monitor and measure launched products performance and useability, communicate feedback to product development teams
· Understand the user behavior, design and deliver product solutions to solve customer problems
