On behalf of our client, we are seeking a hands-on Director of E-commerce who wants to take a small team of creative people and grow a sports nutrition company from multiple 8 figures to 9 figures.
This brand is profitable, and self-financed with a keen eye on profitable top-line growth. The brand is primarily sold through Amazon but also through its own D2C channel + is breaking into retail.
The ideal candidate will have both performance and brand marketing experience and be able to wear both hats. The director will manage a current small team but have the freedom and flexibility to bring in new team members as needed.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on environment. So although this is a director role, this person will be very much “in the weeds” but also stepping out of the weeds to set the marketing strategy, calendar, and find other areas for sales across channels. Ideally, this person brings a love for sports nutrition, a healthy lifestyle & the products.
