ABOUT THE ROLE

• Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service duties.
• Answer phones and deal with all customer enquiries with a customer service attitude and approach that provides a full-service response where possible.
• Process customer orders over the phone, in person and face to face.
• Up-sell on products to customers when possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.08-$26.52 per hour
