Reporting to the senior salesperson in charge, the person will be primarily responsible for processing quotes and orders while following up with the customer, working jointly with the sales, production, and shipping department and providing customer service. Your role in our company as an internal sale coordinator:
Offering Technical Support on our products
Make custom plans and provide technical details to finalize customer orders.
Answering customer requests
Informing customers about available products and services
Develop a business relationship with customers
Collaborate with the orders and purchasing department
Assist external sales representatives in their daily tasks
Receive, process and follow up on orders
Follow up with customers
Identify business opportunities
Offer solutions to problems
All other related tasks
Ideally you are / have:
2 to 4 years of experience in sales or customer service (manufacturing or construction sector)
Construction industry knowledge
Have acquired experience in a technical field.
Ability to communicate with ease in English (written and spoken);
Skilled in interpersonal communications;
Ability to read plans and specifications
Organized and autonomous:
Focused on problem solving;
Excellent team spirit combined with a sense of autonomy and initiative;
Customer orientation – sense of customer service; Demonstrate accuracy, precision and thoroughness.
