About the Job
As a Driving Instructor you provide training to students seeking Canadian driver licence. Training includes both Practical ‘Hands-On’ instruction in a vehicle as well as theoretical training on vehicle operation, rules and regulations. A routine day would include multiple lessons where you would pick up students for a class then provide on-the-road training, evaluation, and feedback.

Job Benefits
As a full-time employee or a contractor of Global Driving Academy, you can expect:
- A full control over your income. You will earn an hourly wage starting of $30 per class time (a typical class is 90 minutes long) based on the experience.

Global Driving Academy will provide you with a car for student lessons and will cover all expenses related to car operations including insurance, gas, and maintenance.
Position Requirement
- A valid class 5 B.C. Driver licence (held for a minimum of 3 years)
- A BC Driving Instructor Licence (you should be licensed as a driving instructor for Class 5 and 7 in British Columbia)
- Availability to provide a minimum of 3 classes per day
- Availability to work 5 days per week including weekend day and evenings (until 9pm – if needed)
- Our Driving Instructors need to be available to work afternoons and evenings (12:00 – 9:00) 4 weekdays and one weekend day (your choice)
