We are seeking a Director of Accounting for a 4-star resort in Rocky Mountains, Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Drive accounting, finance, and business support functions.
• Optimize workflows through collaboration.
• Oversee month-end processes, payroll, and cash management.
• Prepare accurate financial reports for management and owners.
• Build relationships with department heads and managers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance, 2+ years managing teams.
• Hotel finance experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
