This position is located with our client in Listowel, ON
Candidate must be willing to relocate or have access to own vehicle.
Shift timings are Monday to Friday- 9 am to 6 pm or as directed by your Manager.
Candidate must be proficient in Excel, comfortable communicating face to face, over the phone and via email. Able to manage their time well, follow daily routines, but be proactive to assist where needed.
Scope of Position
Our HR Assistant is the first point of contact for anyone calling, emailing or visiting the HR Office while supporting the daily activities of the HR Office.
General Responsibilities
i) Answer calls and emails, which include absentees, customers, potential business clients,
current business associates, and others politely and professionally.
ii) Act as back-up for Payroll, and assist as needed.
iii) Coordinate Performance Review completion.
iv) Complete data entry and associated filing for tracking of new workers, terminations, contact
information, absences, and other miscellaneous items.
v) Assist with first aids. Will need to become familiar with WSIB process and requirements.
vi) Perform other duties as assigned by Director of HR.
