Roles & Responsibilities:
Under supervision, monitoring Kananaskis park pass compliance with Automated License Plate Reader equipment

Operating within the Peace Officer guidelines

Visit various locations throughout Kananaskis Country as directed by the project manager

Professional interaction with the public

Uploads / Notes / Review

Attend Court when necessary and ensure evidence and Court procedures are conducted to a professional standard.

Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience required.

Prior law enforcement experience is an asset.

You must have the ability to work independently and conduct yourself in a mature and professional manner

Must have the ability to work well with others, coordinate schedules, and communicate

Must be able to obtain a Peace Officer Appointment

Must have a clean drivers abstract

Attention to detail and taking notes

Dealing with difficult people

Technology savvy

Displays a positive, cheerful, and helpful attitude

Verbal judo training is considered an asset

This position is full-time and will be based near Kananaskis Village.
