Global Warranty Looking for District Manager at Ontario, Canada Full Time

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a District Manager in Ottawa or the GTA West for Global Warranty. As the District Account Manager, you will manage and prospect a portfolio of dealerships to develop and grow new and existing business within your assigned district. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your accounts are fully trained and compliant with our policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in sales or insurance, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven sales and prospecting skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team towards meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with dealership F n I products, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel within the district 4 out of 5 days a week
