We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to be a key member of our growing & talented team based in our Canadian office in downtown Vancouver. With unlimited free tea, coffee and even kombucha on tap all day and beautiful views overlooking the harbour.

As the name suggests, we provide young people with experiences to work & travel abroad, from working holidays in Canada to teaching in Italy and volunteering in Costa Rica and 50 other trips in between, we also help with visas and offer tours, flights and travel insurance. Established in 2008, we have helped over 70,000 people to see the world as more than a tourist.

As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with all clients departing on our Trips
• Collecting trip balances & setting up payment plans
• You will coordinate clients’ departure
• Provide visa advice
• Receive and assess required documents
• Meet revenue KPI targets
• There will be a strong focus on sales and customer service

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Proven sales experience
• Previous experience in customer cycle/service management
• A passion for travel
• Conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication skills and excellent spelling & grammar
• Fantastic organisational abilities
• Experience in phone-based revenue generation
• Ability to work independently & use initiative
• Committed, loyal, reliable & honest
• A drive to develop yourself professionally and grow with a leading organisation
