The Role: As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our policyholders, responding to inquiries and ensuring consistently outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Reviewing and processing updates, changes, and claims on insurance policies
- Resolving complex issues by applying product knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Maintaining accurate records within our customer database
- Adhering to all company policies and regulatory compliance standards

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications
