Job ID: MISSCSR2023 Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 10AM-6PM (Tuesday-Friday) and 7AM-3PM or 8AM-4PM Saturdays
Contract: Full-time, permanent, Work from home (occasional office visits)
Salary: $40,000.00
Workplace address: Remote after Training
- Two-week paid training at our Mississauga terminal
- All the equipment necessary to work from home is provided
Tasks/responsibilities
- Answering all customer inquiries via phone and email
- Take the necessary steps to answer their questions
- Pick-up planning
- Research for lost packages
- Other related tasks
Requirements/skills
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure
