Customer Engagement Ambassador
Primary Responsibilities
Be part of one of the most important initiatives of 2023! We strive to continue providing a world class customer experience 100% of the time. To do this, we are growing our Customer Engagement Team! The Customer Engagement Ambassador will be accountable for the continuous improvement of Customer Satisfaction through a hands-on approach directly in our dealerships. You will work with Senior Leadership towards being industry-leaders with best-in class service in in our Sales and Service Departments.
Primary Duties
- Driving Customer Satisfaction to the highest level across all departments at all Go Auto Dealerships
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to determine areas for improvement
- Develop action plans along with Senior Leadership to continually improve the customer experience
- Assist in follow up strategies for Sales and Service Departments across Go Auto, including identifying customers for follow-up phone calls and executing said calls as necessary
Requirements
- Experience in Automotive Service would be an asset
- A proven track record of exceeding Customer Service targets
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License and be willing to travel within BC
- Proficient with common business productivity applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Working knowledge of CDK dealer management software considered an asset.
