Go-Go Group Inc. is hiring a FULL-TIME Customer Relations Coordinator!
Go-Go Group Inc is proud to be among New Brunswick’s largest private childcare providers. The company, which operates as Go-Go After School & Go-Go Preschool, Go-Go Events, and Go-Go Gymnastics, is an innovative childcare program initiative that focuses on quality programming, exploring the interests and passions of each child in our care and safety for all. Go-Go childcare programs currently operate out of 17 locations across New Brunswick servicing 850+ children/day. About the position – The Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for being the first point of contact for all Go-Go programs and services. The primary duties include taking all incoming calls, monitoring, and responding to 2- 5 different email accounts, tracking absences, and answering general inquiries, and always be the primary representation of Go-Go.
Additional duties include selling all Go-Go Group Inc. events, services, and programs, customer service, data entry, filing, relaying messages and documents and all other related tasks as assigned.
This is a full-time, 8-hour shift position at 40 hours a week, 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday at our head office: 80 Two Nations Crossing, Fredericton.
Salary Range: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year dependent on prior work experience including health & dental medical benefits and starting with 2 weeks paid vacation.
Essential Skills:
· Superior communication skills both written & verbal: Able to listen carefully and respond accordingly, able to explain problems precisely and concisely to colleagues, external suppliers, parents, and children. Speak and write clearly and professionally with both internal and external clients.
· Excellent time management and multitasking skills: Capacity to juggle several requests at one time and prioritize and track work and tasks; ability to pick up where you left off when pulled away from routine responsibilities; ability to deliver messages, emails, forms, and information to the right people and keep team informed under pressure; capacity to meet deadlines meanwhile ensuring quality of the deliveries.
· Strong sense of responsibility and accountability: Ability to correct mistakes ASAP, ability to cooperate on tasks as needed, able to take direction, have a keen sense of follow-up and follow through.
· Charismatic and organizational skills: likable personality while representing Go-Go to community stakeholders while being able to deliver tasks on time.
· Problem solving skills: experimental skills with positive attitude and energy.
· Culture: share Go-Go’s philosophy of treating everyone with respect and dignity.
Qualifications / Requirements:
· Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer services or administrative role.
· Proven track record in a similar position.
· College or University degree in related field or equivalent is considered an asset.
· 1-year sales experience an asset, but not required.
· Workplace First Aid with CPR C and AED certification.
· Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance.
· Social Development Check.
