Sales Administrator
Golden West Trailer & Equipment has been involved in parts, service and retail sales for the transportation and agriculture logistic industry for over 40 years in Saskatchewan. We are both Wilson
Trailer’s and Muv-All Heavy Duty Trailer’s largest independent dealer with 3 locations in 2 provinces and customers through out the Western Provinces. This is creating unique opportunities for both customers and team members alike.
We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, positive spirited individual to join our team and grow with us. Dental, Health and Pension Benefits are available to our Team Members. This Position will answer directly to our General Manager.
The position
As our Sales Administrator you will keep our Sales Department organized as well as be the first interaction our customers have with our company in our Moose Jaw Dealership.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Greet people in the Sales Department at our Moose Jaw dealership
- Answer and direct calls
- Take payments from customers
- Organize and maintain paper work for the Sales Department
- Update webpage and online inventory
- Organize and plan trade shows
- Organize and plan company events
- Order and manage promotional and team items
- Various sales tasks that may be asked by management
Requirements:
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- General knowledge in computers
- Well organized
- Able to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Business or Marketing diploma not needed to apply but is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
