In the position of a Craft Recruiter, we would ask you to do the following:

• Communicate with the site supervisors regarding manpower needs (Primarily superintendents, but also project managers and general foreman when needed)
• Post new ads when requisitions for manpower are received.
• Screen candidates to discuss previous experience & qualifications and determine eligibility of potential hires.
• Schedule orientation and onboarding process for all new hires.

• A valid drivers license (class 5) and a reliable vehicle
• An outgoing and optimistic personality
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work overtime, when necessary
• Must have a basic understanding on computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel, and Google drive.
• Must be fluent in English
