Government Entity Looking for Training Devlopment Lead at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Full Time

Must Have :

• Degree or post-secondary certification in Education or Instructional Design
• 5 years of instructional design experience within a formal learning in

SME private /or major charitable organizations

• 5 years developing new learning materials for employees across a variety of roles and

departments, to support continuous operational learning needs, and to support major

software implementations

• 5 years collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to develop curriculum, to govern

learning materials, and to deliver training

• Strong ability to quickly learn new software applications (OTS and custom), strong, current

technical literacy skills

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business knowledge and processes across

departments and roles, then make connections to using the new/updated software.

• Demonstrated ability to create eLearning courses by employing narrative, business context,

and meaningful engagement techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to create instructor led courses.
• Good experience of eLearning development software, including Articulate360 and RISE.
• Good MS Office experience .
• Preferred: some experience administering an LMS.
• Preferred: basic graphic/visual design skills.
