Role
The Program Support role delivers administrative assistance for Client Services and Online Learning units.
Duties include:
Provide reception/front desk service coverage, including replying to general office inquiries and check-in of clients registered for training
Processing client bookings and registrations for courses and facility use
First contact for Online Help Desk inquiries through phone or email, leading troubleshooting of client issues with the online learning systems and online courses and addressing client inquiries about online materials and course access.
Assists with the administration of online learning management systems, including registering users, preparing user reports, maintenance of system database (such as account cleanup and archiving) while ensuring accurate data entry
Oversees various administrative tasks, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Hinton Training Centre
Qualifications
The minimum requirements for this role are a high school diploma plus one (1) year of client service experience.
Additional requirements include:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity working with internet browsers and databases
Sound organizational and time management skills to assess inquiry priorities and ensure timely and effective administrative operations
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients, assist with troubleshooting, and prepare user reports.
Equivalency:
Directly related experience or education is considered on a one-for-one basis

Salary
$21.41 – $26.05 hourly
Notes
This competition is for seasonal wage positions with weekly hours up to 36.25. Those selected for an interview are requested to bring three work-related references.
What We Offer:
Wage employees receive 11.2% in addition to regular wage earnings in lieu of benefits and vacation leave:
5.2 percent of regular wage earnings instead of paid holidays
6 percent of regular wage earnings instead of annual vacation pay
