In this role as Bilingual eCommerce Customer Support Specialist, you will provide our customers with a great experience that keeps them shopping with us! Reporting to the Ecommerce Customer Support Team Lead, you will work as part of a team to help customers via telephone, chat, or email, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly & with a positive attitude!

Must be available and have flexibility to work retail hours – days, nights, and weekends

What you will do in this role…

Be a smooth operator

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, chat, or email in a friendly, timely and professional manner
  • Do everything you can to resolve customer issues, whatever they may be!
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information
  • Build a strong understanding of our products & website to make sure you stay up to date and are able assist customers in an informed, efficient way

Be part of a team that wants to win

  • Be friendly, professional, and solution-focused with every customer interaction
  • Provide clothing solutions by offering coordinating items or alternatives for sold out items
  • Be a team player by looking out for your colleagues, and helping whenever you can
  • Provide support to management & the Ecommerce Customer Support department

As an ideal candidate, you are an individual who:

  • Loves to make it right! You live to please customers and will do whatever it takes to make them happy
  • Is comfortable interacting with customers over the phone, via chat & via email
  • Pays attention to detail – typos and other boo-boos make you crazy!
  • Juggles like a pro – multi-tasking is right up your alley
  • Isn’t afraid to ask questions to make sure you’re providing the best service to your customer
  • Has the availability and flexibility to work retail hours – days, nights, weekends

Requirements of the role:

  • Retail experience in a similar role with selling experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Awesome organizational & interpersonal skills, especially phone etiquette
  • Le Français! Must be fluent in English and French, verbal & written
  • Experience using Zendesk or another customer service platform is an asset
