To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Leadership Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. This person will be directly responsible for partnering with Grammarly’s Engineering, Product, and Design leaders and senior executives. The Leadership Recruiter will help develop a comprehensive recruiting playbook that thoughtfully engages our executive team on talent strategy, extensively maps the market, and effectively engages and nurtures external candidates. This essential role will enable our teams to hire world-class leadership talent and partner with leaders across the company.

Zone 1: $179,000 – $221,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $161,000x – $199,000/year (USD)
Zone 3: $152,000x – $188,000/year (USD)
Zone 4: $143,000 – $177,000/year (USD)
Canada
Zone 1: $130,000 – $158,000/year (CAD)
Zone 2: $111,000 – $134,000/year (CAD)
