The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design work across various platforms and media while working closely with clients to exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of visual content for digital media, including websites, marketing campaigns, product packaging, and more, tailored to client specifications.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and refine deliverables based on their feedback.
• Develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to final delivery, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand identities.
• Manage multiple client projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining open communication with clients throughout the process.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients, making adjustments based on their input.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to offer clients the most innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
