Job description
This position reports directly to the CEO and the Vice-President Marketing and include the following tasks:
Develop and implement all the marketing and sales tools required for your work,
Create a Customer Relationship Management processes and update the database on a regular basis,
Represent Graphjet Technologies Inc. in selling its products or services,
Find new customers and acquire/grow new accounts,
Manage after sales engagement and customer satisfaction,
Produce weekly report periodic reports to the CEO based on the key performance indicators set forth for each week, and
Attend local, regional and national fairs and other commercial events.
The employment conditions are as follows:
Position type: full-time,
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $36,000/year base salary (including benefits), plus commission. The commission will be negotiated with the selected candidate
Other conditions:
Must have a valid driver license and have access to a car. All travel expenses will be reimbursed by Graphjet Technologies
Willingness to travel within Canada
Qualifications:
Demonstrated or first hands-on/proven sales experience and abilities. Experience in high tech, decoration, glass or design industries, selling to glass handlers, manufacturers and/or installers is a definite asset;
Strong customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns,
Empathy to anticipate what a customer wants.
Strong public speaking skills to present product or services to customers,
Communication skills and networking ability to confidently make cold calls, connect with people and negotiate sales terms,
Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas,
Familiarity with an office environment, equipment, and software;
Interest in sustainability and glass engraving technologies; and
Competitive attitude for continual improvement and leadership.
