Health Care Staffing Business Development
Gratitude Health is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Specialist with demonstrated success or propensity for healthcare business development, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for solidifying Gratitude Health’s presence in the local and national marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events
- Identify, develop and execute sales plan that increases market share in new and/or existing market base
- Strategize with teammates and manager to accomplish weekly business growth goals
- Business Development Specialist will grow his/her client base by marketing Gratitude Health’s services for temporary, contract, and/or full-time medical staffing solutions
- Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-levexecutives for for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Health care business development
- Must be flexible, computer literate, have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to multi task-work in a fast pace environment
- Must have high energy levels, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, problem solve, and make decisions quickly
- Must be able to work as a team member and/or independently
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
