JOB TITLE: Sales Administration and Operations Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW (Purpose):
For over 35 years, Graywood Developments has been developing exceptional residential communities across the GTA and Calgary. As a private investment management company who specializes in real estate of exceptional quality, we work to achieve success in everything we do.
From the acquisition of triple-A location properties to the full-scale construction with our in-house Construction team, Graywood touches every step of the development process, and we’re not stopping there. Over the past several months, we’ve been taking significant steps toward growing our organization. With that, we have recently expanded our in-house sales division from Calgary to Toronto. In the next 12 months, we have over 2600 units coming to market in downtown Toronto, Midtown, VMC and South Oakville. Our Acquisitions team is actively searching for new sites to continue expanding our pipeline.
As we grow, we are looking for someone with strong Sales Administration and Operations experience to take us into the future. We have established a highly qualified head office team comprised of a Director of Condo Administration and Customer Care and a Sales Director who together bring more than 35 years of experience to this new division. The new Sales Administration and Operations Manager you would be working and collaborating to create a system that works to generate success for our overall sales program.

Education
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Post-Secondary education
Experience: 5-7-year experience in Sales Office Administration New Development Real estate
Key Competencies: Highly organized, strong attention to detail, deadline driven, excellent communication and management skills, proficient in word, excel, outlook and accustomed to CRM systems.
