Position Summary: The Coordinator, Learning & Human Resources will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Corporate Service HR and Leadership & Learning teams. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated and energetic and who are looking for a career in dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Director, Leadership & Learning.
Key Accountabilities:
Act as administrative support for the corporate services Human Resources Business Partner’s and Leadership & Learning team
Provide leadership and expertise by recommending and implementing programs to enhance company culture, improve employee retention, and creating a great work environment at the Wynford Office
Support office administration duties including ordering of office supplies, assignment of working stations for new employees, maintenance of personnel files and other general duties
Draft training communications, post-session surveys, completion certificates, and other learning materials
Assist with coordination of training sessions and seminars including venue selection, meeting room requirements, food and beverage, etc.
Perform data entry into the Learning Management and HR Management Systems as needed
Help to create reporting tools to track completion for compliance and key learning programs
Assistance with facilitation of learning programs as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma; Post-secondary education an asset
1 – 2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed organizational skills including the ability to manage and prioritize a wide range of tasks with good attention to detail
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
Communicate and build strong working relationships with colleagues
Demonstrated expertise in the use of computer software products including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat an asset
The ability to successfully obtain a Criminal Record Check
Compliant with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
